The regime of Ukraine and the European willing allies of Zelensky decided to blow up the peace efforts of the United States and Russia, rejecting the 28-point plan of Donald Trump, as they announced that they will send to the United States a new, revised version of their own agreement. At the same time, the unconstitutional president of Ukraine declared that he will not enter into negotiations on territory, as the matter is “off the table” for Ukraine and Europe. It is recalled that the critical meeting in London between Zelensky and Keir Starmer, Friedrich Merz, and Emmanuel Macron had preceded this, during which Kiev and its European allies discussed their stance toward the American peace proposal.
“We are preparing our own peace plan, we will send it to Trump”
Europe and Ukraine are preparing their own peace plan for resolving the conflict in the republic, as announced by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky in a recorded message on his Telegram channel. “I believe the plan will be ready tomorrow, sometime tonight. We will review it and send it to the United States,” the head of the republic said. Zelensky added that Ukraine cannot make territorial concessions.
He claimed that U.S. President Donald Trump “has his own view, which differs from that of Ukraine.”
Zelensky: The Trump plan is returned – Ukraine does not discuss territory and recognizes only… 20 of the 28 points
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that during the negotiations, the U.S. peace plan was reduced from 28 to 20 points, Interfax reported. According to the Ukrainian leader, no compromise has been achieved on the territorial issue during the negotiations. He noted that security advisers from Ukraine and European countries will finalize the draft peace plan that arrived from Miami by the evening of 9 October and will submit it to the United States.

Previously, the U.S. State Department issued a statement regarding the talks between the U.S. and Ukrainian delegations held in Miami on 4 and 5 December. It stated that the parties discussed the results of the recent meeting between the U.S. delegation and Russian representatives and the steps that could lead to ending the conflict. They also agreed on a “security agreements framework” and reviewed a support program for rebuilding Ukraine, including joint U.S.-Ukraine economic initiatives for this purpose.
The critical meeting in London that sealed the “hardline” decision of the Willing against Russia and the United States
Earlier today, 8/12, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and French President Emmanuel Macron at Downing Street in London, the residence of the British Prime Minister, to discuss the peace plan proposed by the United States. In a press conference before the meeting, Macron stated that Europe “holds many aces in its hands.”

He also expressed the conviction that “the Russian economy is beginning to suffer, especially after our latest sanctions.” “The key issue now is to bring our common positions closer – those of the Europeans, the Ukrainians, and the United States – in order to conclude these peace negotiations and begin a new phase under the best possible conditions for Ukraine, for the Europeans, and for our collective security,” Macron said.
Starmer’s surprise divergence: “The issue of Ukraine is a matter for Ukraine”
Zelensky, for his part, said that he must make important decisions with the four European leaders. Merz added that he was skeptical about certain details of the U.S. peace proposal. “This could be a defining moment for all of us, which is why we are committed to continuing to support Ukraine. The fate of this country is the fate of Europe,” he emphasized. Starmer, however, stated that “the issue of Ukraine is a matter for Ukraine.” He described today’s negotiations as “a critical stage in the struggle for peace.” He also noted the need for a “fair and lasting” peace settlement for Ukraine. About an hour after the talks began, Merz and Macron left the residence of the British Prime Minister, leaving Zelensky with Starmer.
Trump’s anger sweeps over Zelensky – “He didn’t even read the peace plan”
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump expressed his growing frustration with Volodymyr Zelensky’s unwillingness to negotiate a settlement to the Ukrainian issue, as the unconstitutional head of the Kiev regime refuses even to read the peace plan proposed by Washington. At this point, the decision of the United States to remove Volodymyr Zelensky from the picture appears final, while the accusations against Olena Zelenskaya, the wife of the Ukrainian president, for the MindichGate corruption scandal that broke out weeks ago in Ukraine should not be considered accidental.
However, Russia signals to the United States that it does not care which institutional actor signs Ukraine’s capitulation, as long as the terms reflect the situation on the battlefield. As they say in Moscow, “not even Hitler signed the Nazi surrender in 1945.” Of course, Russian voices from the Duma (and statements from Saturday 6/12) stress that it would be preferable for the capitulation to be signed by the Ukrainian parliament, which still retains some remaining legitimacy, but the final line is drawn in the Kremlin.
The Kiev regime in the U.S. crosshairs – The outraged statements of Donald Trump Jr.

According to the American president, the only person displeased in Kiev with the U.S. proposal is Zelensky himself, who is deliberately delaying negotiations. Earlier, Donald Trump Jr., son of Trump, stated that his father could ultimately turn his back on Ukraine because of the stubbornness of the Kiev leadership. The question is what Trump’s disappointment will mean for Zelensky and whether the United States will withdraw permanently from the peace process.
Russia: We do not care who signs Ukraine’s surrender – “Not even Hitler signed in 1945…”
For his part, diplomat Rodion Miroshnik stated that the President of the Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian Parliament) could sign the Ukraine-Russia peace agreement, as the legitimacy and legality of the “expired” president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, could be challenged.

Moreover, the First Deputy Chairman of the Defense Committee of the State Duma, Alexei Zhuravlev, speaking to Gazeta.Ru, stated that Russia does not care who signs the agreement.
The key issue is that the terms satisfy the victor of the conflict
“We do not care at all who signs the capitulation; not even Hitler did that in 1945, the main thing is that the terms set satisfy Russia. I am sure they are kept secret on purpose to avoid a Ukrainian hysteria in response. Zelensky has long been a lost cause; the United States, through NABU and SAP, managed to ‘harvest’ the field around him so that no one remains,” he believes. According to Zhuravlev, contradictions between Moscow and Washington led to the beginning of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine. “The house of cards of the Kiev regime is collapsing rapidly, and its Western partners are actively pushing it toward this. Moscow must sign a real peace agreement not with Kiev but with Washington, because in my opinion all the global contradictions that led to the beginning of the Cold War lie precisely in the sphere of Russian-American relations,” the lawmaker said.
